Whether you’re purchasing a single 20ft container or a custom-modified unit, our team ensures that every transaction is handled with care and professionalism.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for all container purchases and services:

Wire Bank Transfers — ideal for business orders and bulk purchases
Credit Cards — all major cards accepted through secure payment processing
Apple Pay — for fast and convenient mobile payments

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Official wire-transfer instructions are sent only from our verified company email (contact@titancontainersupply.com) after order confirmation.

2. Secure Transactions

Your security is our top priority. All online payments are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal and financial information.

Our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant, ensuring your data is handled safely and responsibly at every step.

We will never ask for payment through unofficial channels or third-party accounts.
If you receive suspicious instructions, please call us immediately to verify.


3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be received before the dispatch or scheduling of delivery.

  • For custom container projects, a deposit may be required to begin fabrication, with the balance due upon completion and before delivery.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Please note: Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is successfully received and cleared.


4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once a container has been dispatched, cancellations fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.


5. Fraud Prevention Notice

To protect our customers and our business, we may perform additional verification for high-value orders.
This can include confirming billing details, requesting proof of identity, or verifying business information.

We reserve the right to decline transactions that fail fraud screening or appear suspicious.
