Returns & Refunds Policy

At Titan Container Supply, we strive to ensure every customer receives the correct container in the expected condition. Due to the size and logistics of shipping containers, returns are limited and only accepted under specific conditions.


1. Return Eligibility

A return may be approved if one of the following applies:

  • The container delivered is not the item ordered (wrong size, type, or condition).

  • The container arrives damaged beyond normal cosmetic wear expected with used units.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

Conditions to qualify for a return:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos showing the issue.

  • Return must be approved in writing before shipping the container back.

Product Condition:

  • New or slightly used containers are eligible for return.

  • Custom-modified or “as-is” containers are only eligible if the item received does not match the order.

2. Return Window

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

No returns will be accepted after this period.


3. Return Method

Returns must be approved before shipment.

  • Method: By mail

  • Customers are responsible for scheduling pickup and arranging transportation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for all return transportation fees, including:

  • Pickup scheduling

  • Haulage and fuel surcharges

  • Redelivery or repositioning fees

Fees are quoted before pickup.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the container is returned and inspected.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except if the error was ours.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before dispatch qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after dispatch are subject to the return policy above.
