At Titan Container Supply, we take pride in delivering quality new and used shipping containers that match your order specifications.
This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and cancellations work so every customer can purchase with confidence.
1. Returns Eligibility
Because of the nature and logistics of container delivery, returns are generally not accepted unless one of the following applies:

The container delivered does not match your order (wrong size, type, or condition)

The container arrives damaged beyond normal wear for used units

You notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Each request is reviewed carefully. Our goal is to ensure that every container you receive meets the standards described on our Available Containers page.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email contact@titancontainersupply.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Order Number]”.

Describe the issue clearly and attach photographs showing the condition or problem.

Include your contact details and delivery location.
Once received, our team will review your request and respond with the next steps within two to three business days.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Collection: Titan Container Supply will arrange collection where applicable.

Refund Amount: A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the container’s condition and agreement terms.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Custom-modified or repainted containers

Containers sold “as-is” with full prior disclosure

Orders cancelled after dispatch

Containers altered after delivery (cutouts, modifications, relocations)

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once a container has been dispatched, the standard return procedure applies.
