This Shipping Policy outlines handling times, delivery methods, regions served, and customer responsibilities to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Handling and Dispatch Times

Handling Time: 1–2 business days to prepare your container for shipment.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders after that time, or placed on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order is scheduled, you will receive confirmation by email or phone with estimated delivery and tracking details where available.

3. Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to:
Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Ohio.

If you are located outside these states, please contact us for third-party transportation or extended-range delivery options.

4. Delivery Methods and Timelines

Containers are transported by truck and trailer, using flatbeds, tilt-beds, or other equipment, depending on site access.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited Delivery: Available upon request; contact us for availability and cost

You will receive transport details and the estimated arrival schedule once dispatch is confirmed.

5. Delivery Requirements

To ensure a safe and efficient delivery, customers must:

Provide accurate delivery information and a valid contact number.
Ensure adequate space and clear access for trucks.
Specify container door orientation (facing in or out) before dispatch.
Confirm the ground is level and stable for placement.

If delivery fails due to inaccurate details or an unprepared site, additional redelivery fees may apply.

6. Weather and Unexpected Delays

Severe weather, road restrictions, or other unforeseen events can impact delivery times.
We will notify you promptly and reschedule as needed.

7. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $350 per container within the delivery regions listed above.
This cost is itemized on your quote or invoice before payment, with no hidden charges.
