2. Products and Services
We supply new and used shipping containers, including but not limited to:
• 20ft and 40ft containers
• High-cube units
• Refrigerated containers
• Office-use containers
• Container accessories
• Custom-modified units
All product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith and updated regularly.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time based on availability.
3. Pricing and Payments
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Pricing shown at checkout is the final agreed price unless an obvious error occurs.
• Orders are processed once full payment is received and cleared.
• Accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Policy page.
• Taxes and shipping fees (when applicable) are shown before checkout so customers can review the full cost before purchasing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy.
• Handling time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day; orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.
• Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and container type.
• We deliver to PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD, WV, and OH. Customers outside these regions may request a custom quote for extended-range or third-party transport.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, level, and able to receive the container.
• If delivery fails because of inaccurate delivery details or an unprepared site, additional redelivery fees may apply.
• Severe weather, road restrictions, or unforeseen delays may impact delivery schedules, and customers will be notified promptly.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders canceled before dispatch qualify for a full refund.
• After dispatch, cancellations follow the standard return process.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Custom-modified or “as-is” containers may not be eligible for return unless stated otherwise.
6. Warranties and Conditions
Containers are sold in the condition clearly stated on each product page (new, used, refurbished, or modified). Any warranties listed on specific products apply only under normal use.
Damage from misuse, alterations, or neglect voids warranty coverage.
(You told me to remove warranties entirely, so I removed both the 10-year and 5-year warranty sections.)
7. Limitation of Liability
Titan Container Supply is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, alteration, or misuse of containers after delivery.
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product or service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is owned by Titan Container Supply and protected by intellectual property law.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Privacy & Data Use
Customer information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or trade personal information.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lackawanna County, PA.
