We provide new and used shipping containers, including 20ft, 40ft, refrigerated, office, and custom-modified units, as well as container accessories.
All descriptions and prices are presented in good faith and updated regularly.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
Confirmed orders are honored at the price agreed at checkout.
Accepted payment options are detailed in our Payment Policy.
Orders are processed once full payment is received and cleared.
Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed before final checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy governs all deliveries.
Average delivery time is 4 – 12 business days, depending on location and container type.
Customers must ensure safe site access and adequate placement space.
Titan Container Supply is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details or carrier issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Orders canceled before dispatch qualify for a full refund.
After dispatch, cancellations follow the standard return process.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 – 14 business days.
Custom-built or “as-is” units are generally non-refundable.

6. Warranties and Conditions

  • New containers: 10-year structural warranty.

  • Used containers: 5-year structural warranty covering wind- and watertight integrity.

Warranties apply under normal use only. Misuse, alterations, or neglect void coverage.
To submit a warranty claim, contact contact@titancontainersupply.com.
This warranty does not affect your legal rights under consumer-protection law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Titan Container Supply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage from misuse or modification of containers.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service provided.

All site content images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Titan Container Supply and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
